Good, Good, Good
My stay was good! The room was a Traditional Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The in-house restaurant served the most delicious local dishes, including chargrilled oysters-each bite was pure joy!
Totally recommend! ❤️🏨

missingWrote a review on 10 Juldelicious foodwelcoming atmospherestrategic locationpoor noise
The hotel's in-house restaurant features outstanding food quality, offering well-prepared meals for breakfast and beyond. The overall atmosphere feels welcoming with strategic location near local dining options for when you want to venture out.
The air conditioning struggled to keep up, making for an uncomfortable night, especially since the bed felt too hard for my liking, detracting from what I hoped would be a restful stay. Additionally, noise from events nearby disrupted sleep quality significantly, as the hotel didn’t manage disturbances effectively despite complaints to the desk.

Had an amazing time with friends at this hotel. Easy access to the Mall of Louisiana and Tiger Stadium made our trip even better. The outdoor pool and fitness center were a big hit. The staff was friendly, and the dining options were great too!
While the facilities were nice, the service left something to be desired. It was often slow, especially when we needed extra towels.

I booked a King or Two Queen Room for my family and requested a crib, but ended up in a room with just one bed. My kids had to sleep on the floor and it was uncomfortable for all of us, especially since the bed was small. The noise from outside was disruptive, even though I asked for a quiet area. On the bright side, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The staff at the restaurant was friendly, and the food was delicious. Just wish the check-in process was smoother and the room had matched the reservation details.
